Meet: Andy Johnson of Johnson Chassis
Andy is the chassis builder for our car. He has been in racing for 50 years. He builds many cars for Stafford drivers including the Pro Stock #32 Saz, Andy's son-in-law. Andy's son Kenny used to drive the #53 SK. Andy's oldest son AJ is a car builder for Robert Yates Racing. Andy is also the spotter for our car, which if you ever listen to the scanner at the track, is a very important job. He is Mark's eyes for the race. Andy lets Mark know when he's "clear" of the cars around him. Andy also tells Mark if there is a wreck and if the yellow flag is coming out.
